Terms of TradeOrderingAll made to measure orders must be received online or in writing via fax. Suntex provides order forms to assist in ordering.Lead Time10 working days across all products. Exceptional circumstances include back ordered components or a large influx of orders pushing our manufacturing team to capacity. DeductionsPlease ensure your orders are listed as make size (blind size) only. Please refer to “Measuring Guide” or order forms for suggested deductions.DyelotAll fabric and venetian slats are produced in batches. As dyelots may vary, samples provided can only be used as a “guide” to colour. It is therefore not possible for Suntex to guarantee an exact match when re-ordering or repairing blinds. All dyelot variations are within Australian Standards.Returns and ClaimsAll claims must be made within five (5) working days of receiving goods. Before returning products please complete a customer return form and fax to customer service. No returns will be processed until we have received goods at our office along with a signed customer return form. A delivery docket or invoice number must be written on the packaging. Enclose the return form with your goods. Responsibility for freight will not be accepted for returns on any other transport company than those nominated by us. In the event of a faulty or incorrect blind having been fitted, the fitter is to remove the blind from the window immediately and return it to Suntex for repair or replacement. Suntex accepts no responsibility or liability for third party cost for returning to site to remove blinds.Check your blindIt is the responsibility of the customer to check all goods upon receipt and before any additional costs are incurred. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the order is complete, made to specification and without fault or damage. Suntex accepts no responsibility for third party cost incurred beyond this point.CancellationsAll cancellations and changes to orders cannot be made once an order has commenced production. Any cancellations or changes must be made in writing.WarrantyWarranty includes the replacement or alteration of faulty goods only. In order to maintain competitive wholesale prices, additional charges incurred by you or a third party cannot be refunded. Refer to product warranty for further information. |
