Suntex standard warranty across all products is 12 months on parts and labour for blinds made within our recommendations. Certain products have an extended warranty, see 'products'.
Conditions This warranty does not include any conditions resulting from damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, weathering or failure to follow instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning and maintenance. The obligation of Suntex is limited to repair or replace blind/s or components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labour costs for measuring, fabrication or installation. This warranty does not include repairs, service or replacement by any third party. |
